Solenis LLC is hiring for a Logistics Senior Analyst at the Global Excellence Centre in Hyderabad. The role is full-time and hybrid, focusing on Purchase Administration for Logistics and Warehousing, PO creation, invoicing coordination, and issue resolution to maintain service continuity.

We seek a candidate with a finance/business/Accounting/logistics background, strong Excel and SAP skills, and excellent English.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, business administration, accounting and/or logistics/supply chain (NL - HBO level).
• Excellent Excel skills are required.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Good communication skills in English (spoken and written).
• SAP knowledge is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage the Purchase Administration process for Logistics and Warehousing.
• Create POs in line with budgets per provider/service and communicate invoicing requirements to LSPs.
• Proactively resolve issues to ensure continuity of service while maintaining controls.
• Audit logistics/warehousing invoices against contracts & rate tables; build/maintain billing models.
