Solenis is recruiting a seasoned Third-Party Risk Specialist for our Hyderabad Global Excellence Centre to strengthen supplier risk management across global operations. You will assess, monitor, and mitigate risks with a focus on ESG, cyber security, and business continuity in a hybrid work setting.

The role requires 7+ years in procurement or risk, familiarity with risk tools, and the ability to influence stakeholders across a matrix, enabling proactive risk decisions and process improvements.

Qualificações

• 7+ years of experience in procurement or risk management.
• Proven expertise in supplier risk assessment and mitigation with focus on ESG, Cyber, and Business continuity.
• Experience with risk management tools such as Coupa, Interos, Aravo, Risk methods, etc.
• Strong interpersonal and stakeholder engagement skills capable of influencing across functions and levels.
• Experience working in a matrix organization with global teams and complex reporting lines.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a bonus.

Responsabilidades

• Lead sole source reduction program, working with our global category team to assess opportunities and reduce dependency.
• Monitor geopolitical, financial, ESG, and compliance risks through risk technology tools and translate risk signals into actionable recommendations.
• Collaborate with Category teams to develop and execute supplier risk assessments and mitigation strategies.
• Directly engage with suppliers to discuss risk diligence, residual risks and mitigation actions across all risk domains.
• Integrate supplier risk insights into Enterprise Risk Management frameworks, especially in manufacturing with focus on sole source reduction, crisis management and climate risk.
• Own and optimize the adoption of risk management tools (e.g., Coupa, Interos, Eco Vadis, or similar).
• Collaborate with category leaders to embed risk intelligence into decision-making.
• Support development and update of supplier risk dashboards, scorecards, and reporting tools.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to align risk priorities with business objectives.
• Drive continuous improvement in supplier onboarding, due diligence, and audit processes.
• Champion a culture of transparency, accountability, and proactive risk management.

Job Description:

We’re looking for a strategic and inquisitive Third-Party Risk Specialist based out of our Hyderabad office to join our procurement team and elevate how we assess, manage, and mitigate supplier risks across our global operations. This role is ideal for someone with deep experience in risk management tools (e.g. Coupa or similar), a strong background in supplier risk frameworks, and a collaborative mindset to drive change in a matrixed organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Sole source reduction program, working with our global category team to assess opportunities and reduce dependency
• Monitor geopolitical, financial, ESG, and compliance risks through our risk technology tools across the supply base, translate risk signal in actionable recommendation to Category team
• Collaborating with Category team to the development and execution of supplier risk assessment and mitigation strategies
• Directly engage with suppliers to discuss risk diligence, residual risks and mitigation action plan across all risk domains in scope.
• Integrate supplier risk insights into broader Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) frameworks, especially within manufacturing environments with focus on Sole source reduction, Crisis management, Proactive Risk Management and Climate Risk management
