Ideal candidates will have a strong background in B2C logistics, experience with e-commerce networks, and proficiency with TMS/ERP systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA preferred.
• 58 years of experience in B2C Logistics, Transportation, or Supply Chain operations within FMCG, Personal Care, Consumer Goods, Retail, or E-commerce.
• Experience working with third-party logistics providers, transport partners, and cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end B2C logistics operations across E-commerce, D2C, and Quick Commerce channels.
• Ensure timely order fulfilment and delivery by coordinating with warehouses, transport partners, and last-mile service providers.
• Monitor transportation performance, delivery timelines, logistics costs, and customer service metrics.
• Coordinate with logistics partners and 3PLs to ensure smooth day-to-day operations and SLA adherence.
• Drive route optimization, shipment consolidation, and freight cost optimization initiatives.
• Track logistics KPIs, investigate delivery issues, and implement corrective actions to improve service levels.
• Support logistics planning during new launches, sales events, and peak business periods.
• Work closely with Supply Chain, Warehousing, Customer Service, Sales, and Planning teams to ensure seamless order execution.
• Drive continuous process improvements, logistics automation, and operational efficiency initiatives.

About the Role:
