We are looking for a highly motivated Operations Intern – Logistics to support our supply chain team. This role will involve managing key logistics processes, including outward shipments, inward shipments, Non-Delivery Reports (NDR), weight discrepancies, billing verification, and Turnaround Time (TAT) monitoring. The intern will gain hands-on experience in logistics operations, carrier coordination, and process optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Outward Shipments Management: Coordinate with logistics partners to ensure timely dispatch of orders and resolve any delays or discrepancies.
• Inward Shipments Handling: Track and verify incoming shipments from suppliers, ensuring accurate documentation and smooth processing.
• NDR Management: Monitor and resolve non-delivery reports (NDR) by coordinating with courier partners and customers to minimize returns.
• Weight Discrepancy Resolution: Analyze weight mismatch cases with logistics providers and take corrective actions to avoid unnecessary charges.
• Billing & Invoice Verification: Review and validate logistics invoices against actual shipments to identify discrepancies and cost-saving opportunities.
• TAT Overview & Reporting: Monitor turnaround times (TAT) for shipments, ensuring SLAs are met and suggesting improvements in delivery timelines.
• Data Analysis & Reporting: Maintain accurate records of logistics performance and generate reports for process enhancement.

Requirements:

Working Conditions:

Full-time position with standard working hours i.e. 9 AM - 6 PM, Monday to Saturday.
