Responsibilities

• Coordinate and track shipments from pickup to delivery
• Communicate with carriers, drivers, and customers regarding load status
• Schedule pickups and delivery appointments
• Prepare and verify shipping documents (BOLs, PODs, invoices)
• Monitor delivery timelines and resolve delays or issues
• Ensure compliance with transportation regulations and company policies
• Maintain accurate shipment records in logistics systems
• Support billing, freight claims, and administrative tasks
• Provide excellent customer service and timely updates
