Responsibilities

• Coordination with artists for order fulfillment.
• Keep all logistics MIS's and analytics updated.

Job type: In Office

Salary: 25-30k per month based on experience

Responsibilities

• Order Management: Daily packaging and shipping of orders and maintaining order details on the platform and liase with customer support team for timely customer communication
• Shipping: Coordination with different shipping partners in order to find the best shipping option and managing this shipping from our warehouse or drop shipping from artist partners where required
• Supplier management: Finding suppliers for our packaging as for other products and collaborations when required. Overall inventory management for different suppliers products
• Artist Management: Coordination with artists for order fulfilment where required
• MIS and tracking: Keep all logsitics MIS's and analytics updated to maintain our delivery timelines and TATs
