Job summary

Meesho's ValMo team is expanding a latent last mile network, tapping into local shopkeepers, water vendors, students, and domestic helpers to provide flexible delivery capacity.

This national role reports to senior leadership and shapes operations strategy, onboarding, and cost-quality metrics to scale across India.

You will build and lead managers and frontline teams, drive data-led improvements, and partner cross-functionally to optimize cost and service levels.

Qualifications

• Graduate or postgraduate degree in any discipline.
• 5–7 years of experience in e-commerce logistics or hyperlocal delivery.
• Proven experience in process design and operations implementation.
• People leadership experience, ideally managing frontline/blue-collar workforces.
• Strong structured problem‑solving skills with a customer-first mindset.
• An entrepreneurial, go-getter attitude — comfortable building processes in ambiguity and owning outcomes end to end.
