Coordinate with project managers to understand project needs and logistics requirements.Oversee inventory levels for project-specific materials, ensuring accurate tracking and timely replenishment. Manage inventory records and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.Prepare and maintain all necessary documentation for project logistics, including creation and maintenance of instructions and maintenance of SharePoint within Outbound logistic. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards, including trade compliance and safety regulations.Maintain regular communication with project managers, logistics coordinators, and other stakeholders to provide updates on logistics status and address any issues. Prepare and present regular reports on project logistics performance, including key performance indicators (KPIs) and any escalations.Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project logistics processes and overallefficiency. Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices in project logistics management.Manage communication of necessary information with Project management, Installation Project Management, Coe, Supply Chain, GTS and any other stakeholders.
