Responsibilities

• Develop and implement logistics plans for specific projects, ensuring alignment with project timelines and requirements.
• Coordinate with project managers to understand project needs and logistics requirements.
• Oversee inventory levels for project-specific materials, ensuring accurate tracking and timely replenishment.
• Manage inventory records and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Prepare and maintain all necessary documentation for project logistics, including creation and maintenance of instructions and maintenance of SharePoint within Outbound logistic.
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards, including trade compliance and safety regulations.
• Maintain regular communication with project managers, logistics coordinators, and other stakeholders to provide updates on logistics status and address issues.
• Prepare and present regular reports on project logistics performance, including KPIs and escalations.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project logistics processes and efficiency.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices in project logistics management.
• Manage communication of necessary information with Project management, Installation Project Management, Coe, Supply Chain, GTS and stakeholders.
• Data Maintenance in SAP and report missing data for update.
• Coordinate with the SCM team on the update of country of origin and Certificate of Conformity.
• Define country of origin within a material as per GTS concept calculation.
• Collaborate with Trade Compliance to ensure compliance with Dual Use, HS Classification, and trade agreements.
