Qualifications

  • Experience in Pharma, Excipient, Chemical, Food, or FMCG manufacturing preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Receive raw materials, packaging materials, consumables, and finished goods per approved procedures.
  • Verify quantities, labels, batch details, and material condition at receipt.
  • Maintain proper storage, segregation and status labels (Quarantine/Approved/Rejected).
  • Perform material issuance and transfers to support production.
  • Handle material movements with pallet trucks, stackers, and forklifts.
  • Ensure FIFO/FEFO during issuance and assist in dispensing and reconciliation.
  • Generate stock reports, participate in cycle counts and inventory verification.
  • Support reconciliation of discrepancies and report stock shortages or variances.
  • Coordinate loading/unloading, verify dispatch docs and transportation details.
  • Follow GMP, GDP and Data Integrity; maintain SOP-compliant warehouse docs.

This is a **Onsite full-time position.** **The responsibilities of the position include, but are not limited to, the following:** * Receive raw materials, packaging materials, consumables, and finished goods as per approved procedures.* Verify quantities, labels, batch details, and material condition during receipt.* Ensure proper storage and segregation of materials as per GMP requirements.* Maintain material identification and status labels (Quarantine, Approved, Rejected).* Perform material issuance and transfer activities to support production requirements.* Handle material movements using pallet trucks, stackers, and forklifts (where authorized).* Ensure FIFO/FEFO practices are followed during material issuance.* Assist in material dispensing and reconciliation activities.* Generate and update stock reports as required.* Participate in cycle counts and physical inventory verification.* Support reconciliation of inventory discrepancies.* Ensure inventory accuracy and timely reporting of stock shortages or variances.* Assist in monitoring stock levels and stock aging.* Prepare materials and finished goods for dispatch.* Coordinate loading and unloading activities.* Verify dispatch documentation and transportation details.* Follow GMP, GDP, and Data Integrity requirements.* Maintain warehouse documentation as per SOP requirements.* Ensure proper handling of approved, quarantined, rejected, and returned materials.* Follow all site safety procedures and PPE requirements.* Maintain warehouse cleanliness and 5S standards.* Report unsafe conditions, incidents, and near misses.* Ensure safe handling and storage of materials.**In order to be qualified for this role, you** ***must possess*** **the following:** * 2-5 years of experience in Warehouse, Stores, or Logistics operations.* Experience in Pharmaceutical, Excipient, Chemical, Food, or FMCG manufacturing preferred.**The following skill sets are** ***preferred*** **by the business unit:** * 10th /HSC/ITI or Bachelor in any field.In more than 100 countries, the people of Ashland LLC.
