Responsibilities

• Generate initial lock confirmation.
• Lock, extend, re‑lock and re‑price loans in the pricing engine and Loan Origination System as needed, ensuring pricing calculations are correct.
• Monitor Encompass dashboard queues and ensure timely completion of tasks.
• Provide support to mortgage staff for pricing inquiries, post lock questions/inquiries.
• Assist with system enhancement/update testing.
• Ensure SLAs are met for initial underwrites, condition, and final condition reviews through effective pipeline management.
• Manage daily tasks to ensure business needs are consistently met.
