Pretium Property Management, LLC is seeking a The Lock Desk Specialist in Bengaluru to manage lock confirmations, pricing, and related workflows within pricing engines and LOS. You will monitor Encompass dashboards, respond to pricing inquiries, and support mortgage staff in day-to-day operations.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree and familiarity with rate lock processes, regulatory requirements, and confidential information handling.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Generate Initial lock confirmation.
• Lock, extend, re-lock and re-price loans in the pricing engine and LOS as needed.
• Monitor Encompass dashboard queues and ensure timely completion of tasks.
• Provide support to mortgage staff for pricing inquiries, post lock questions/inquiries.
• Assist with system enhancement/update testing.
• Ensure SLA’s are met for initial underwrites, conditions, and final condition reviews through effective pipeline management.
• Impeccable written and verbal communication.
• Manage daily tasks to ensure business needs are consistently met.
