Job summary

Moham Infosolutions is seeking a Loan Processor for U.S. mortgage operations in Bengaluru, responsible for managing files from application to closing. Qualifications

• 3+ years as a Loan Processor in U.S. mortgage operations.
• Knowledge of Conventional, FHA, VA, and Non-QM programs.
• Experience with LOS platforms (Encompass preferred).
• Strong understanding of TRID regulations and investor overlays.
• Excellent communication and multitasking skills.

Responsibilities

• Review new loan applications for completeness and accuracy.
• Collect and verify income, assets, employment, and credit documents.
• Ensure documents meet agency, lender, investor, and regulatory guidelines.
• Maintain organized, compliant loan files.
• Serve as primary contact for borrowers during processing.
• Coordinate with Loan Officers, Underwriters, Title/Escrow, and Appraisal management.
• Communicate outstanding conditions clearly.
• Verify income calculations and AUS findings (DU/LP).
• Ensure TRID/HMDA/RESPA compliance.

Loan Processor U.S. Mortgage Operations

Position Overview

The Loan Processor is responsible for managing the mortgage loan file from the point of application through closing. This role ensures all borrower documentation is complete, accurate, and compliant, while coordinating with Loan Officers, Underwriters, Title Companies, Appraisal Vendors, and Closing Agents to facilitate a smooth loan closing. A strong understanding of Conventional, FHA, VA, and/or Non-QM loan guidelines is preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Review new loan applications for completeness and accuracy.
• Collect and verify required documentation such as income, assets, employment, and credit reports.
• Ensure documents meet agency, lender, investor, and regulatory guidelines.
• Create and maintain well-organized, compliant loan files.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for borrowers during the loan process.
• Coordinate with Loan Officers, Underwriters, Title/Escrow, and Appraisal Management Companies.
• Communicate outstanding conditions clearly and professionally.
• Verify income calculations and review AUS findings (DU/LP).
• Ensure adherence to TRID, HMDA, RESPA, and state/federal compliance requirements.
• Prepare files for underwriting and follow up for clear-to-close.
• Coordinate closing dates and final documents with Title/Settlement Agent.
• Validate final Closing Disclosure for accuracy and ensure closing conditions are met.
