Job summary

eClerx in Pune is seeking an experienced US Mortgage Loan Processor to join our night-shift team supporting North America. You will handle end-to-end mortgage processing, coordinating borrower, loan officer, underwriter and third-party stakeholders to move files smoothly.

The role requires managing multiple loan files, reviewing documentation before underwriting submission, and maintaining pipeline accuracy across conventional, FHA, VA, USDA, jumbo and refinance products using LOS systems such

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant US mortgage loan processing experience.
• End-to-end loan processing and coordination experience.
• Ability to work night shifts for North America market.
• Capacity to coordinate borrowers, loan officers, underwriters and third parties.
• Experience reviewing documents before underwriting submission.

Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end US mortgage loan processing and coordination.
• Manage loan pipeline and ensure timely progression through milestones.
• Coordinate with borrowers, loan officers, underwriters and third parties.
• Review documentation prior to underwriting submission and escalation as needed.
• Maintain collaboration across stakeholders throughout the mortgage lifecycle.

• 5+ years of relevant experience in US Mortgage Loan Processing / Loan Coordination
• Immediate joiners to candidates with up to 45 days’ notice period
• Willingness to work in Night Shift (North America Market)
• End-to-End US Mortgage Loan Processing
• Loan Coordination & Pipeline Management
• Borrower, Loan Officer, Underwriter & Third-Party Coordination
• Experience with Mortgage LOS platforms such as Encompass, Empower, BytePro, Calyx Point, LendingPad, LoanSphere, ICE Mortgage Technology, Blend, DocuSign, Optimal Blue or similar tools
• Conventional, FHA, VA, USDA, Jumbo, Refinance, Purchase, HELOC, or other US Mortgage products
• Managing multiple loan files independently
• Reviewing documentation before underwriting submission
• Coordinating with stakeholders throughout the mortgage lifecycle
