Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Loan Processing & Client Coordination Executive to manage client communication, collect and verify loan-related documents, and coordinate with banks, Non-Banking Financial Companies (NBFCs), and Direct Selling Agents (DSAs).

The candidate will act as a link between clients and lending partners, ensuring that applications are submitted with the required documentation and that cases move forward efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Contact clients to understand their loan requirements and explain the documentation process.
• Collect, organize, and verify documents required for loan applications.
• Follow up with clients for pending documents, clarifications, and missing information.
• Coordinate with banks, NBFCs, and DSAs for application submission and processing.
• Track loan applications from initial documentation through approval, disbursement, or closure.
• Liaise with lending partners to obtain application updates and resolve documentation-related queries.
• Maintain accurate client records, application trackers, and document status reports.
• Ensure timely communication between clients and lending partners.
• Handle client queries professionally and provide regular updates on application progress.
• Maintain confidentiality of client information and financial documents.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth and timely processing of cases.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline; a background in Finance, Commerce, or Banking is preferred.
• 13 years of experience in loan processing, banking operations, financial services, customer coordination, or loan documentation is preferred.
