Job summary

Freyr Energy Pvt Ltd in Hyderabad is seeking an experienced Loan Processing Assistant to support timely login, approvals and disbursals. You will work with sales managers and clients to streamline the loan cycle while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

The role requires 3–6 years in loan processing, proficiency in MS Excel, and strong communication skills in Hindi. You will maintain records, generate reports, and help train new sales managers as needed.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in loan processing or a related field.
• Strong understanding of loan facilitation processes and regulatory requirements.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and other relevant software.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Minimum of 3-6 years of experience in loan processing or a similar role.

Responsibilities

• Assist in key loan processing activities to ensure timely and accurate login, loan approvals and disbursals.
• Support sales managers and their clients in the loan approval and disbursal process.
• Monitor loan documentation and processing activities to meet loan approval timelines and disbursal targets.
• Coordinate with lenders to facilitate loan processing and resolve any issues that may arise.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies during the loan facilitation process.
• Maintain accurate records of loan processing activities and generate reports as required.
• Provide support to the team and assist in training new sales managers as needed.
