Tata Capital Finance Ltd is hiring a Loan Officer for Retail MFB - Sales in Penugonda, Pullarao Complex area. You will drive disbursements, monitor collections and grow the microfinance portfolio by identifying viable groups and customers.

You will lead field activities, perform center visits and build lasting relationships with clients and centers. The role requires freshers to up to 5 years of sales experience in microfinance, with a basic understanding of MFB and JLG models.

Qualifications

• Freshers to 5 years of sales experience in microfinance
• Basic understanding of Microfinance and JLG model working preferred
• Graduate in any discipline required

Responsabilités

• Achieve disbursement targets with minimum delinquency
• Identify joint liability groups and manage disbursed loans for target customers/geographies
• Develop and manage a sales team across territories for market penetration
• Assess potential client base and product acceptability in new regions
• Handle disbursement, repayment and delinquency management with daily/weekly collections
• Follow up on overdue loans and visit centers for loan applications
• Maintain portfolio quality by tracking dues, non-starters, delinquency and frauds
• Build strong client relationships and brand identification with customers
• Ensure weekly/daily meetings and visits to centers

Loan Officer - Retail MFB - Sales - Penugonda - Pullarao Complex - J Grades 10563

To ensure the achievement of disbursement targets with minimum delinquency

Identifying Joint liability Groups & disbursed loans, to suit the target customers and geographies.

Enabling business growth by developing and managing a teams across assigned territories for deeper market penetration and reach.

Assess potential client base and product acceptability in new regions, areas & opportunities for geographical expansion of operational areas.

Disbursement, repayment and delinquency management, achieving daily / weekly collections targets.

Makes a close follow up of the disbursed loans, especially of the ones not paying on time.

Undertake regular field visits, Centre Meeting and loan applicants.

Maintaining portfolio quality by tracking & controlling Normal dues, Nonstarters, Delinquency, & Frauds.

Build strong client relationships both internally and externally and build a strong brand identification with potential customers.

Ensuring weekly / daily meetings & visit to centre.

Fresher to maximum of 5yrs exp + as a sales officer in microfinance business.

Basic understanding about Microfinance business and JLG model working would be preferred.
