NTT DATA, Inc. in Bangalore, Karnataka, India is seeking a Systems Integration Analyst with 6-9 years of experience to join the team.

The role requires hands-on expertise in Linux/Windows server OS, virtualization (VMware/OLVM), scripting (Bash/Python/Ansible), networking, and storage concepts, along with strong observability, security, and ITSM knowledge. The position involves hybrid work with shifts 10:30 AM to 8:30 PM, supporting client infrastructure and ensuring uptime.

Formación

• Proficient in virtualization (VMware/OLVM).
• Scripting and automation using Bash/Python/Ansible.
• Strong networking, protocols and storage concepts.
• Experience with system monitoring, observability and performance tuning.
• Knowledge of vulnerability management across OS and virtualization platforms.
• Architectural understanding of IT infrastructure and applications.
• Excellent communication and organization; able to track multiple activities with deadlines.
• Exposure to DevOps and Agile practices; ITSM processes.

• Designing and implementing new solutions to improve resilience.
• Handle daily support for Linux/Windows and virtualization platforms within SLAs.
• Ensure platforms are secure and updated; implement fixes/mitigations.
• Create and maintain automation for admin procedures.
• Facilitate live outage calls and document action items.
• Communicate with stakeholders regularly and within timeframes.

FMRJP00040022, FMRJP00040023 - Systems Engineer 3 (6-9 Years)

Shift timing will be 6am -3pm or 2pm -11pm

Must have hands-on experience in the following technologies:

• Server Operating Systems – Linux, Windows
• Virtualization technologies – VMWare/OLVM
• Intel Enterprise Server level hardware (HP/IBM/Dell)
• Scripting and automation – Bash/Python/Ansible
• Good understanding of Networking services, protocols and Storage concepts
• Demonstrated experience with system monitoring, Observability and performance tuning
• Knowledge of Vulnerability management across operating systems and Virtualization platforms
• Architectural-level understanding of IT infrastructure and applications
• Highly organized: Ability to track multiple activities, ensuring essential deadlines are met
• Exposure to DevOps and Agile practices
• Strong understanding of Enterprise ITSM processes
• Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities
• Certifications in RHEL/ Microsoft/ VMware & ITIL will be favorable

Key Responsibilities

• Troubleshooting, monitoring, and driving RCA to ensure the highest uptimes are maintained.
• Designing and implementing new solutions and improvements to the resilience of the current environment.
• Handle daily support for Infrastructure hosted on Linux and Windows and Virtualization platforms, within agreed SLAs.
• Ensure all platforms are secure, working within our security team to ensure that systems are updated as and when necessary, and implementing any urgent fixes/mitigations responding to threats as they arise.
• Create and maintain solutions to automate administrative procedures.
• Facilitate live outage calls, capturing technical findings, documenting and executing action items.
• Ensuring communications are sent to stakeholders at regular intervals and within expected timeframes.

6-9 years

General Expectation

• Must have Good Communication
• Must be ready to work in 10:30 AM to 8:30 PM Shift
• Flexible to work in Client Location Manyata or EGL, Bangalore
• Must be ready to work from office in a Hybrid work environment. Full Remote work is not an option
• Expect Full Return to office in 2026

• Must have Genuine and Digitally signed Form16 for ALL employments
• All employment history/details must be present in UAN/PPF statements
• Candidate must be screened using Video and ensure he/she is genuine and have proper work setup
• Candidates must have real work experience on mandatory skills mentioned in JD
• Profiles must have the companies which they are having payroll with and not the client names as their employers
• As these are competitive positions and client will not wait for 60 days and carry the risks of drop-out, candidates must of 0 to 3 weeks of Notice Period
• Candidates must be screened for any gaps after education and during employment for genuineness of the reasons
