Job summary
Started is seeking a Linux Patch Lead to own the end-to-end patching lifecycle across Prod, UAT and DR environments in Mumbai. You will drive patch compliance, SLAs, CRs and MIS reporting while coordinating with global teams.
The role requires managing ManageEngine/patch tools, Patch Tuesday cycles and Linux Server patching, plus leading a team and handling customer escalations to ensure business continuity.
Qualifications
- Experience with Linux patching across Prod/UAT/DR environments.
- Ability to drive patch compliance and SLAs.
- Strong incident management and customer escalation handling.
