Job summary

Vrinda International in Bengaluru, India seeks a Linux L3 Engineer to lead enterprise Linux administration, clustering, automation, patching, and infrastructure troubleshooting. The role demands 10+ years of hands-on experience and deep knowledge of RHEL-like distributions, VMware ESXi, and HA stacks.

You will drive automation with Ansible, shell scripting, and posture-watching of patch cycles, while ensuring robust systems and minimized downtime across on-prem and virtual environments.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Linux administration and engineering.
• Strong knowledge of enterprise Linux, clustering, patching and remediation.
• Hands-on with Ansible automation and shell scripting.
• Experience with VMware ESXi and vCenter, plus Pacemaker/Corosync HA stacks.

Responsibilities

• Manage enterprise Linux environments, perform clustering, automation and troubleshooting.

We are looking for an experienced Linux L3 Engineer with strong expertise in enterprise Linux administration, clustering, automation, patching, and infrastructure troubleshooting.

Requirements

Strong experience in Linux Administration (RHEL / SUSE / Ubuntu / CentOS)

Hands-on experience with RHEL 6/7/8/9 & Red Hat CoreOS

Strong knowledge of PCS Cluster, Pacemaker, Corosync & High Availability

Experience with Linux patch management & vulnerability remediation

Hands-on experience with Ansible Automation & Shell Scripting
