Job summary

Vrinda International is seeking a Senior Linux Engineer to oversee enterprise Linux administration, virtualization, and GreenLake Managed Services across PAN India. Hybrid work in India is available, with emphasis on automation and infrastructure support.

The ideal candidate will drive incident management, patching, and documentation, while engaging with customers and KT activities to ensure service excellence.

Qualifications

• Experience with enterprise Linux administration and security patching.
• Exposure to virtualization, storage, and cloud concepts.
• Experience leading major incidents and RCA activities.
• Experience with automation using scripting tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead major incident management and RCA activities.
• Drive service delivery, SLA/KPI adherence and process improvements.
• Handle Linux server administration, patching and vulnerability management.
• Prepare SOPs, KBs, HLD/LLD and technical documentation.
• Participate in transition, KT and customer engagement activities.
• Automate routine tasks using scripting and automation tools.

We are looking for a highly skilled Linux Engineer – Senior SME with strong expertise in Enterprise Linux Administration, GreenLake Managed Services, automation, virtualization, and infrastructure support.
