Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent.
• 10+ years of Linux engineering experience in enterprise environments.
• Strong expertise in Enterprise Linux administration, automation and virtualization.
• Experience with VMware, OpenStack, OCP and Kubernetes environments.
• Ability to prepare SOPs, KBs, HLD/LLD & technical documentation.
• Experience in transition, KT & customer engagement activities.
• Proficient in automation using scripting/tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead major incident management and RCA activities.
