Key Skills

Key Responsibilities

• Investigate and resolve upgrade failures during the RHEL LEAPP process.
• Troubleshoot issues related to Ansible automation (playbooks, roles, workflows), pre‑ and post‑upgrade tasks (agent installation, mount validation), system configurations impacting upgrade success.
• Identify root causes of automation failures (Ansible, Python scripts, shell scripts).
• Validate post‑upgrade system state (e.g., mounts, services, agents).
• Collaborate with Level‑1 engineers, providing guidance and escalation support.
• Document troubleshooting steps and contribute to process improvements.
