Job Description:

• Managing IBM, DELL, Lenovo, Fujitsu, and HP HANA appliance servers.

• Building/reimaging SUSE Linux servers in both physical and virtual environments.

• Managing Linux virtual machines configured in ESX environments.

• Providing Level 3 support to customers and managing the Antivirus environment.

• Patching and OS upgrades on SUSE servers.

• Exposure to DNS, NFS, Samba, FTP, LDAP, NTP, Email services.

• Knowledge of SAN or NAS environments.

• Exposure to clustering and package management.

• Good understanding of networking concepts like TCP/IP, DHCP, IP Routing, and Name Resolution.

• Experience in analyzing, troubleshooting, and providing solutions for technical issues.
