Experience: 5 to 10 years

Job Description:

Must Have: AWS, Linux, RHEL, Suse

Role & Responsibilities:

• Minimum 6 – 12 years of experience in Redhat/Suse/AIX Linux systems administration.
• Strong background in Linux/Unix administration and good understanding of cloud technology.
• Strong technical problem-solving skills and experience in IP networking and static routing FTP, SSH, SMTP, DNS, HTTP/S, DHCP.
• Maintenance of multiple Linux systems including patching activities.
• Assist with Backup and Recovery of Linux OS builds and data.
• Respond to alerts and fix them permanently.
• Must have Patching, troubleshooting skills related to Redhat, Suse OS and AIX servers.
• Working on Root Cause Analysis (RCAs) and permanent fixes.
• Participate in Major incident management calls and provide the technical solution for Linux related issues.
• Basic networking skills for troubleshooting DNS issues.
• Explore and integrate new technologies, transitioning operations from traditional administration and deployment to infrastructure as application leveraging automation/configuration management technologies.
• Willingness to work in 24x7 rotational shifts.
• Good Understanding of Cloud (AWS) services like EC2, IAM, S3 and VPC etc.
• Should be a thorough professional.
