Job summary

Biz Hr It Solutions in Bengaluru seeks a Line Supervisor IoT Production (Junior Level) to oversee daily operations of the IoT production line, ensure plan execution, monitor cycle times, and uphold BOM discipline.

The role requires good communication, basic Excel/ERP knowledge, and the ability to manage line operators. Diploma or BE in Mechanical/ECE/EEE/Industrial Eng is preferred; 0–2 years in Electronics/IoT/EMS manufacturing is advantageous.

Qualifications

• 0–2 years experience in electronics/IoT/EMS manufacturing preferred.
• Basic knowledge of BOM structure and production planning.
• Understanding of inventory movement and line balancing concepts.
• Good communication skills and familiarity with Excel/ERP.

Responsibilities

• Execute daily production plan as per schedule
• Monitor cycle time to meet output targets
• Ensure BOM usage and minimize material variance
• Coordinate stock transfer between Stores, Production & QC
• Track WIP, rework, and finished goods
• Maintain production reports and line documentation
• Ensure quality standards at all stages
• Escalate material shortages or production issues
• Coordinate with Procurement, QC, and Planning teams
• Support EOLT / Flashing / CAN Test flow management

Role Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Line Supervisor to manage daily operations of the IoT production line. The candidate will ensure smooth execution of the production plan, monitor cycle time, coordinate stock transfers, and maintain BOM discipline.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute daily production plan as per schedule
• Monitor and control cycle time to meet output targets
• Ensure correct BOM usage and avoid material variance
• Coordinate stock transfer between Stores, Production & QC
• Track WIP, rework, and finished goods status
• Maintain production reports and line documentation
• Ensure quality standards are followed at all stages
• Escalate material shortages or production issues on time
• Coordinate with Procurement, QC, and Planning teams
• Support EOLT / Flashing / CAN Test flow management
