Process: Back Office Executive - Customer Service

Location: Wadgaon Sheri, Pune
Shift: 4:00 PM - 1:00 AM (Rotational Week Off)

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform data entry and document verification.
• Review customer documents as per process guidelines.
• Maintain accuracy, quality, and defined turnaround times (TAT).
• Ensure confidentiality of customer information.
• Follow company policies and standard operating procedures.

Eligibility:

• Undergraduates and Graduates (Any Stream).
• B. Com freshers preferred.
• Basic knowledge of Accounting, Auditing, Taxation, or Financial Management is an added advantage.
• Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi.
• Basic computer and typing skills.
• Willingness to work in the evening shift.

Salary:

• HDFC WC: 13,229 Take Home | Apprentice: 14,250
