Policybazaar is hiring a Relationship Manager (RM) for the Life Insurance Agency Channel to drive business growth across multiple cities in India, including Varanasi.

You will build and maintain relationships with insurance agents/advisors, activate agents, and push productivity and revenue through regular field visits, market activities, and targeted reviews. The role demands strong communication and a high-energy, target-driven approach.

Location: Alwar, Jaipur, Agra, Jodhpur, Kota, Udaipur, Gurgaon, Faridabad, Varanasi

Experience: Minimum 1 year in Life Insurance Agency Channel

CTC: 3.5 - 6 LPA + Incentives (upto 20% hike on current CTC)
