We are currently seeking Licensed Aircraft Engineers (LAEs) who are holding an India DGCA license (with 5 years of certifying experience) to join our team!

B1 or B2 LAEs with authorisations in any of the following aircraft types will be preferred:

• A320 / A350 / A380
• B737 / B747 / B777 / B787

Your deployment will be based on your previous experience.

Job Description

As a Licensed Aircraft Engineer in SIAEC, you will lead a maintenance team and be responsible for successfully carrying out maintenance tasks on an aircraft in accordance with OEM procedures, manuals and authority regulations.

You will be operating under the SIAEC Part 145 approval to certify the airworthiness of aircraft and its components.

Conversion Programme

Successful applicants will join SIAEC and undergo a 6-month Conversion Programme comprising:

• Refresher training at the Training Academy, to prepare for Basic Paper exams required by the Civil Aviation Authority of Singapore (CAAS) to convert to a Cat B CAAS License; and
• On‑job training to familiarise with the operating environment at SIAEC.

Upon successful conversion to a Cat B CAAS License, applicants will be deployed as a LAEs in SIAEC and may look forward to a rewarding career with development opportunities, including aircraft type course(s).

CAAS license holders are not required to go through the conversion programme.
