Job summary

Qualification & Experience

• Engineering/business related subject graduate with overall 4-8 years of experience:
  
  • 3-6 years Good Handson experience on license server management process & access management
    
  • 2-4 years on Project management
    
  • 2-4 years of Business process analysis
    
  • 1-2 years of Contract & negotiation experience
    
  • 1-2 years of Product management experience
    

• Prior experience with software asset management (SAM), IT asset management (ITAM) or software purchasing in general for large organisations / resellers ( Mandatory )
  
• Basic knowledge of finance & procurement terms and process ( Mandatory )
  
• Strong analytical and numerical skills. You can build and explain financial models, KPIs, metrics and have strong spreadsheet skills. Comprehensive computer skills including G-suite or Microsoft Office, Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  
• A highly self-motivated individual, good at negotiating and have interpersonal skills with the ability to relate to local cultural aspects and the desire to develop these skills further
  
• Experienced in collaborating with internal and external stakeholders transnationally
  
• Experienced in working within a product delivery lifecycle
  
• Software quality management awareness
  
• Able to craft and deliver presentations at senior level and the ability to manage multiple projects.
  
• Well organized with the ability to plan and deliver on tight deadlines with attention to detail
  
• Good to have working experience in : Lucid, Capex/Opex, Power BI, Tableau, Excel Pivots

Responsibilities :

License management

• Manage and maintain license agreements & contract negotiations
  
• You would be a part of Software License Management and Renewal Team- Operational Domain - i.e PLM License Management Team for DP Scope from IM Airbus India
  
• You would help Business and Product Owners at Airbus Commercial and Group Subsidiaries to Regularly Renew their Software Maintenance needs and Fulfilling in Case of New Demand/Deliveries/License Coordination/Budgeting/Decision Making in Audits and Recommendation Through The Robust Licensing MCR Process and Making Sure Business, Engineering, Operational and Financial Planning Are Done Well in Advance So User Division Is Up To Delivery Of Technology Use Before Need/Start Dates And Support
  
• You would also create ELPs and take care of any risks on our clients and their Customers' behalf during their Audits.
  
• You would not only control your workload but also ensure that people with the org receive the assistance they require.
  
• You are responsible for guaranteeing compliance, lowering risk, and spotting financial opportunities where licenses are not required for future.
  
• You will gather software Data having direct communication with Airbus Group PLM team for Global view and Optimization of Software’s.
  
• You will also work with Vendors and Business EUC managers across globe for understanding on Licenses Renewal and Licenses Optimizing Strategies, Vendor and Editor Negotiations.
  
• You should have interest in sharing knowledge on Service Software’s across the internal Service Licenses Managers on Engineering and Non-Engineering Applications, Microsoft. Oracle, Adobe, IBM, Dassault Systems, Autodesk, Siemens, Flexera.... Etc at Airbus Group
  
• You should be good at documentation of all Processes like the whole life cycle management of Software and Legacy tools.
  
• Reviewing applications for new licenses or renewals of existing licenses, making sure that all documentation is complete and accurate
  
• You would also do analysis of the Software on the various Platform’s of projects in IM department and understand their technical requirement across Global Hub Pages
  
• You would also develop understanding given by PL and expediting the process of licenses approval for stamping support from EU team - for those commercial or open-source so that its available for use for projects at Geographical locations by adhering to all the compliance terms of Security/IP/Export control rules simultaneously.
  
• Additionally, helping PL to keep up-to date track of their Stamping Requirement and maintaining the compliance status.
  
• Maintaining an inventory of all licensed products
