Responsibilities

• Interpret central, state, and local government policies related to real estate development.

• Maintain documentation and records of approvals, NOCs, and regulatory filings.
• Develop and implement SOPs for regulatory compliance and approvals.
• Build and maintain relationships with government departments and authorities such as Development Authorities, Municipal Corporations, Revenue Departments, Pollution Control Boards, and Fire & Safety Departments.
• Coordinate for obtaining approvals, permits, and clearances.

• Provide clear, actionable guidance to internal teams on regulatory frameworks.
• Track changes in policies, regulations, and government notifications and assess their business impact.
