Job summary

Lenskart is seeking a Visual Merchandiser to lead VM execution across its stores in Mumbai. You will manage display standards, coordinate with vendors for show windows and graphics, and ensure brand-consistent presentations for campaigns and events.

You will train retail teams on floor-set execution, maintain event visuals, and support store openings with thorough VM planning and reporting.

Job Purpose

1. Responsible for the execution of visual merchandising (VM) and merchandising initiatives across all Lenskart stores.
2. Manage the delivery and implementation of VM materials for all events and projects related to visual merchandising within the assigned region.
3. Ensure product display presentation meets brand standards and maintain compliance with merchandising layouts, norms, and plans.

Customer Satisfaction

• Execute product display and point-of-sale directives to promote new collections and campaigns.
• Maintain brand and category standards of product display as defined by monthly lookbooks.
• Complete store service requirements related to in-store signs, graphics, and product displays.

Process Management

• Support new store openings, ensuring adherence to VM execution and store journey plans.
• Submit daily PJP reports capturing white-glove inspection checklists and audits.
• Direct vendors for effective execution of VM themes, show windows, signs, and graphics in line with brand identity and seasonal product inputs.

People Operations

• Conduct merchandise presentation training for retail teams.
• Execute weekly floor sets with photographic reports of all display executions.
• Troubleshoot store queries related to inventory health, order shipments, and category layouts.
