Sr Technical Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead firmware improvement obligations for server systems in the Infrastructure Solutions Group (ISG).
• Take detailed responsibility with skip‑beneficial engineering groups, define task scope, manage budgets, and help with firmware tasks for cloud records middle servers.
• Make plans, manage price range, and directly engage customers to deliver exceptional challenge effects.
• Coordinate agile and Jira based sprint planning and execution for firmware development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and 10+ years of experience in product improvement, especially firmware for servers.
• Proficiency in UEFI and BMC development, including experience with BIOS and BMC firmware.
• Strong experience with Agile, Jira, Confluence, and Work Breakdown Structures (WBS).
• Exceptional verbal communication skills to govern technical obligations and client interactions.
• Preferred: experience with cloud records middle infrastructure, prior customer support experience, and knowledge of AMD and Intel server architectures.
