Job summary

Anaxee Digital Runners Private Limited in Indore invites applications for a Legal Trainee to support the in-house legal team on day-to-day corporate matters, including legal research and contract review.

The internship is full-time in-office in Indore, for 3-6 months, with stipend up to 5k-8k; Final year students pursuing BBA LLB/ BA LLB/ B.Com LLB are preferred.

• Support the Legal Team on a variety of matters and cross-functional initiatives.
• Draft and review contractual agreements and templates, including ROC compliance.
• Interact with the compliance team and stakeholders to manage enhanced due diligence.
• Draft and research contractual awareness training for use within the organization.
• Review, evaluate, and edit business continuity templates and legal policy documents.
• Assist with special projects and initiatives.

Internship Role

We are looking for a Legal Trainee to support our in-house legal team on day-to-day corporate matters. The role includes legal research, assisting in contract review and internal advisories, and working with internal teams to ensure legal alignment with business operations

Internship Location: Indore | Full Time | Work from Office

Internship Duration: 03-06 months

Preferred Qualification: Final Year Students pursuing BBA LLB/ BA LLB/B.Com LLB.

Stipend : upto 5k-8k

Responsibilities

Supporting and working with the Legal Team on a variety of legal matters and opportunities to work with various business matters within the organization.

Assist with drafting and reviewing a range of contractual agreements and contractual templates, including ROC Compliance and Agreements

Interact with the compliance team internally and with stakeholders across the organization to manage enhanced due diligence.

Draft and research contractual awareness training for use within the organization.

Review, evaluate, and edit business continuity templates and legal policy documents.

Assisting with special projects and initiatives.

Requirements

Basic know-how regarding laws related to Drafting, reviewing, evaluating, and editing Agreements

Candidates pursuing the Company Secretary (CS) qualification will be considered a plus.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Outstanding organizational abilities and strong attention to detail.
