A cybersecurity company in Pune is seeking motivated Legal Interns to join their legal team. This is a unique opportunity for final or pre-final year law students to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced corporate environment and closely work with seasoned legal professionals. Legal Intern

Looking for motivated Legal Interns to join our legal team in Pune. This is a great opportunity to gain hands‑on experience in a fast‑paced corporate environment and work closely with seasoned legal professionals. You will directly assist our in‑house legal team and legal consultants on a variety of legal, compliance, and litigation matters.

Status: Full Time, Intern

Qualification: Final or Pre‑Final Year Law Students (5‑year or 3‑year LL.B.)

Location: Baner, Pune

Duration: 3‑6 months

Roles & Responsibilities

• Reviewing & Drafting Documents: Drafting and reviewing agreements, including strategic business contracts with clients, service providers, consultants, landlords, and foreign employees (including key employees).
• Legal Research: Conduct research on laws, regulations, statutes, judicial decisions, and legal updates. Stay updated on amendments and provide well‑reasoned legal inputs.
• Legal Aid Initiative: Support our Legal Aid Program assisting Undertrial Prisoners (UTPs) with bail procedures. Coordinate with District Legal Services Authority (DLSA), jail authorities, and other stakeholders. Collect documentation and assist in completing bail formalities.
• Litigation & Dispute Support: Assist in litigation, arbitration, conciliation, and out‑of‑court settlements.
• Compliance Management: Support compliance with data protection/privacy laws (GDPR and similar laws), employment laws, Labour Code, and the Information Technology Act. Track and update applicable legal changes and provide periodic updates to management.
