Shift Timing: 9:00 PM 6:00 AM (Night Shift)
Experience Required: Freshers to 2 Years in Litigation (Internships will not be considered as work experience)
Language: Proficiency in English (Read, Write & Speak)

Training Period: 3 Months + Full time opportunity
Training Stipend: 10,000 Fixed per Month

Working Days: 5 Days (Monday to Friday)

Joining: Immediate to 1 week

About the Role

As a Legal Assistant Trainee, you will undergo a 3-month paid training program designed to provide practical exposure to international legal processes. During the training, you will gain hands-on experience in legal drafting, legal research, litigation support, administrative tasks, and case management while working alongside experienced legal professionals.

Candidates who successfully complete the training program and meet the required performance standards will be offered a full-time position.

Key Responsibilities

During your training and employment, you will:

• Draft and review legal documents, including complaints, motions, pleadings, responses, and discovery documents.
• Conduct legal research related to U.S. Federal and State laws.
• Assist attorneys with litigation support and case preparation.
• Prepare legal summaries and maintain case documentation.
• Support pre-litigation and trial preparation activities.
• Perform administrative and case management tasks.
• Manage legal calendars, deadlines, and case files.
• Coordinate with clients, attorneys, and internal legal teams.
• Ensure confidentiality and accuracy while handling legal documents.
• Learn international legal procedures and best practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Law (LL.B.) or a related field (Preferred).
• Freshers and candidates with up to 2 years of litigation experience are welcome to apply (Internships will not be considered as work experience).
• Excellent English communication skills (Verbal & Written).
• Strong legal research and drafting skills.
• Good analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
