Qualifications

LLB or LLM degree expected in 2025/2026.
Interest in mediation and arbitration.
Willingness to work across multiple Indian locations (Noida/Delhi and other cities).

Responsibilities

Protect clients' legal rights in financial contracts
Assist senior lawyers in achieving client resolution objectives
Draft legal documents & submissions to regulatory authorities
Contribute to client acquisition and retention
Help clients resolve disputes via mediation & arbitration
Support negotiation/discussion with stakeholders
