Qualifications

• Experience appearing before High Courts and the Supreme Court is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Represent clients in complex arbitration proceedings for domestic and international matters.

Key Responsibilities & Practice Areas

• Commercial Arbitration: Manage and represent domestic and international corporate clients in complex arbitration proceedings.
• Corporate & Commercial Litigation: Strategize, draft, and litigate intricate corporate disputes across various legal verticals.
• Insolvency & Bankruptcy: Handle insolvency litigation under the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code (IBC) before NCLT/NCLAT.
• White-Collar Crime: Advise and represent clients on corporate compliance, investigations, and white-collar defense matters.
• Advocacy & Representation: Regularly appear and present arguments before the Supreme Court of India, High Courts, Arbitral Tribunals, and various specialized judicial forums.

Eligibility Criteria

• Experience: 2 to 4 years of Post-Qualification Experience (PQE) dedicated to dispute resolution.
• Proven track record in domestic/international commercial arbitration and commercial litigation.
