Job summary

Synergy Business in Bengaluru is seeking a legal operations professional to manage client/matter intake, conduct legal research, prepare documentation and ensure compliance review. You will coordinate with attorneys and internal teams to resolve missing information and support legal processes.

The role requires a legal degree (LLB/LLM) with 1+ years of litigation or 3+ years of relevant experience, strong research and MS Office skills, and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Law degree (LLB/LLM) with 1+ years of litigation experience or 3+ years of relevant legal/conflict experience.
• Strong legal research, analytical, communication, attention-to-detail, MS Office, and legal database skills; law-firm experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle legal operations including client/matter intake, legal research, documentation, and compliance review.
• Review and validate client, matter, and case information for completeness and accuracy.
• Coordinate with attorneys and internal teams to resolve missing information and support legal processes.
• Support conflict review and maintain accurate records in legal databases and firm systems.
• Where applicable, review legal invoices/pre-bills and ensure compliance with client billing guidelines.

Work time - 6;30pm to 3:30am
