Job summary

A leading legal recruitment agency is looking for an Associate in Corporate & Commercial Litigation in Bengaluru. The candidate should have over 2 years of experience before Trial Courts and a strong knowledge of IBC or CPC. Responsibilities include drafting legal documents, managing litigation processes, and appearing in court. Prefer candidates who can speak Kannada. A contract role with a minimum duration of 2 years is offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of litigation experience before Trial Courts in Bangalore.
• Kannada-speaking candidates preferred.
• Ability to take complete ownership of assigned matters.

Responsibilities

• Independently research and draft legal notices, plaints, petitions, and applications.
• Handle end-to-end litigation management, including coordination with clients and juniors.
• Appear before District Courts, Commercial Courts, and Arbitration Tribunals.
• Assist senior counsel during evidence and argument stages.
• Ensure timely filing and procedural compliance.
