Job description

Key Responsibilities

• 1) To conduct property due diligence and handle end to end documentation required for acquisition of PAN India Properties (specifically North India, East India and Gujarat)
• 2) Structure, Negotiate and finalize MOU, sale deeds, lease deeds and other transaction documents
• 3) Apply structured problem-solving skills to create value for the organization.
• 4) Lead initiatives to put in place best in class systems and processes in order to improve team performance
• 5) Interactions: Law firms, Advocates, Solicitors, Business Development teams, Developers
