Job summary

Ltms Consulting in Mumbai seeks a legal professional with 5+ years of experience in real estate matters to handle redevelopment projects, SRA schemes, and RERA compliance. Deep knowledge of Real Estate Laws, SRA, Redevelopment Regulations, RERA, and Revenue Laws is essential.

You will manage RERA-related litigation and represent the company before RERA Revenue Authorities, Civil Courts, and other legal forums as required, leveraging strong communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant experience in real estate matters including redevelopment and SRA schemes.
• Strong knowledge of Real Estate Laws, SRA, Redevelopment Regulations, RERA and Revenue Laws.
• Excellent communication, analytical and interpersonal abilities.
