Job summary

Mahagun Group seeks an experienced Legal Manager to join its legal team, handling RERA, arbitration, and real estate matters. The role focuses on real estate transactions, regulatory compliance, and coordination with external advocates and regulatory authorities to ensure timely compliance.

Ideal candidates will hold LLB/LLM and have 6+ years in legal roles, with strong drafting, negotiation, and communication skills, especially in real estate/RERA matters in Noida/Delhi NCR.

Qualifications

• LLB/LLM from a recognized university.
• 6+ years of relevant experience in legal roles, preferably with a real estate organization or law firm.
• Strong expertise in RERA and real estate laws.
• Good exposure to arbitration, litigation, and dispute resolution.
• Strong drafting, negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.
• Experience in handling real estate agreements, contracts, notices, and legal documentation.
• Candidates with experience in real estate/RERA matters in Noida/Delhi NCR will be preferred.

Responsibilities
