Michael Page – Pune Division is seeking a Legal Manager (Mid‑Senior) to join our Pune team in a full‑time capacity. The role focuses on reviewing and negotiating commercial contracts, managing risk, and ensuring regulatory compliance across telecom, infrastructure, manufacturing or project‑driven environments.

The ideal candidate has 7–15 years of relevant experience, must be based in Pune, and will provide legal risk advisory to business, sales, procurement and project teams while coordinating

Responsibilities

• Review and evaluate RFPs, RFQs, tenders and bid documents, identifying contractual, commercial and legal risks.
• Draft, review and negotiate commercial contracts (customer agreements, vendor contracts, NDAs, MoUs, SLAs, AMC agreements, project/turnkey contracts) with a focus on risk allocation and governance.
• Handle arbitration and dispute management – legal notices, claims, counter‑claims, coordination with external counsel, evidence compilation and advising on dispute resolution and settlement strategies.
• Provide legal risk advisory to business, sales, procurement and project teams, assessing contractual exposure and recommending mitigation measures.
• Maintain corporate governance and regulatory compliance, contract documentation management, audit support and compliance reviews.
