Winderra Enterprises Private Limited is seeking a Legal Manager to oversee legal structuring, land transactions, and risk-aware project execution across renewable energy projects in India. The role emphasizes land laws, infrastructure contracts, and project compliance to support enterprise growth.

The candidate will handle due diligence, drafting of deeds and development agreements, and coordination with external advocates to ensure timely, compliant project delivery.

Formación

• LLB/LLM from a recognized university.
• 4–8 years of experience in real estate, infrastructure, or renewable energy legal roles.
• Strong understanding of MP land laws and registration processes.
• Experience in drafting commercial agreements and legal documentation; strong analytical and documentation skills.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct land legal due diligence including title verification and encumbrance checks.
• Draft and review lease deeds, sale agreements, MoUs, POAs, and development agreements.
• Coordinate with external advocates and legal consultants.
• Support land acquisition teams in structuring compliant transactions.
• Draft and manage company agreements including NDAs and vendor contracts.
• Ensure regulatory compliance related to land and renewable projects.
• Support dispute resolution and legal risk mitigation.
• Maintain legal documentation and contract tracking systems.
• Liaise with government departments for registrations and approvals.

As our project portfolio grows, we are looking for a Legal Manager who can ensure strong legal structuring, compliant land transactions, and risk-mitigated project execution. Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications
