Job summary

Winderra Enterprises Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a Land Manager to drive on-ground execution for solar, wind, and hybrid renewable energy projects in the Malwa region of Madhya Pradesh. You will identify land parcels, negotiate with landowners, and coordinate due diligence and documentation.

The role requires 3–7 years of land acquisition experience, strong knowledge of MP land records, and willingness for extensive field travel. Full-time, on-site work with a dynamic energy team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (Agriculture / Rural Development / Business / Law or related fields)
• 3–7 years of land acquisition or land aggregation experience
• Strong knowledge of MP land records and revenue processes
• Experience dealing with local stakeholders and authorities
• Willingness for extensive field travel

Responsibilities

• Identify suitable land parcels for solar, wind, or hybrid projects
• Lead land aggregation and negotiations with landowners and local stakeholders
• Conduct preliminary due diligence (title check, classification, encumbrance review)
• Coordinate documentation including lease agreements and sale deeds
• Work closely with local authorities (Tehsildar, Patwari, district officials)
• Support land conversion and regulatory approval processes
• Maintain strong relationships with brokers, communities, and partners
• Track land availability, policy changes, and regional developments
• Maintain structured records of land pipeline and negotiation progress
