Envision Energy seeks an experienced Legal Counsel to support wind turbine manufacturing and BESS supply contracts, focusing on drafting, negotiation, and risk assessment. You will advise on land, licensing, and renewable energy regulations while coordinating with Sales, SCM, Project Execution, HR, and Finance.

The role requires 8–10 years of post-qualification experience in corporate/commercial law, with preference for renewables/infrastructure/EPC sectors, and a hands-on, business-minded

• Draft, review, and negotiate turbine supply, O&M, procurement, subcontracting, NDAs, MoUs, consortium and service contracts.
• Evaluate legal risks and propose commercially sound solutions.
• Partner with cross-functional teams including Sales, SCM, Project Execution, HR, and Finance.
• Provide guidance on land acquisition, licensing, environment, and renewable energy regulations.

Jobbeschreibung

The position will support business operations across the wind turbine manufacturing and BESS supply and contract lifecycle-covering contract drafting and negotiation, legal advisory, compliance oversight, and dispute/litigation management—to safeguard the company’s commercial and regulatory interests.

Key Responsibilities:

Contracting & Negotiation

• Draft, review, and negotiate turbine supply, O&M, procurement, subcontracting, NDAs, MoUs, consortium and service contracts
• Evaluate legal risks and propose commercially sound solutions
• Partner with cross-functional teams including Sales, SCM, Project Execution, HR, and Finance
• Provide guidance on land acquisition, licensing, environment, and renewable energy regulations

Compliance

• Monitor statutory and regulatory compliance across manufacturing, construction, labor and safety laws
• Support company policies including anti-bribery, anti-corruption, and governance frameworks
• Manage claims, arbitration, commercial disputes, and litigation with external counsel
• Support contract enforcement and settlement strategies

Qualification & Experience

• LL.B. / LL.M. from a recognized institution
• 8-10 years post-qualification experience in corporate/commercial law
• Preferably experience in renewable energy / infrastructure / EPC industries
