Job summary

Truhome Finance Ltd in Bengaluru seeks an experienced legal professional to oversee regulatory compliance across all branches. You will draft, review, and vet loan agreements and contracts, and provide timely guidance on legal risks through collaboration with internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Oversee legal matters and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements across all branches.
• Address and resolve legal issues and queries raised by branches on a daily basis to ensure smooth operations.
• Draft, review, and vet various legal documents, including loan agreements, contracts, and other legal instruments.
• Offer timely and accurate legal advice to internal stakeholders, including guidance on legal risks and implications.
• Coordinate and manage relationships with external legal vendors to ensure effective legal support and representation.
• Stay updated on relevant laws, regulations, and industry practices to provide informed legal guidance and ensure compliance.
• Assist in developing and implementing legal policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency and legal compliance.
• Handle legal disputes and litigation related to Retail and Construction finance operations, working closely with external legal counsel when necessary.
