Job summary

A2Z Infraservices in Gurugram, Haryana, seeks a Corporate Lawyer focused on litigation management and contract work. You will assist in arbitration, dispute resolution, and ensure compliance with court directives.

You will draft pleadings, notices, and RTIs; coordinate with engaged law firms; represent the company as authorised representative; conduct legal research and manage day-to-day legal operations in infra and government contracts.

Qualifications

• LLB from a recognized institution.
• 0-1 year of experience in corporate law (litigation management).
• Strong drafting, arbitration, litigation, risk mitigation and legal documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Detailed assistance in litigation management, arbitration proceedings, dispute resolution mechanisms.
• Collaborate with engaged law firms to discuss case strategies, gather updates, track progress, monitor hearings and ensure timely compliance with court orders.
• Represent A2Z group companies before courts/tribunals as an authorised representative.
• Draft, review and negotiate pleadings, contracts, termination notices, legal notices, RTI replies.
• Handle day-to-day legal operations, risk mitigation, corporate documentation review and stakeholder correspondence in infra/government contracts.
• Conduct legal research on statutes, regulations, case laws and precedents relevant to corporate disputes under Indian law.

Job description

Work Scope:-

• Detailed assistance in litigation management, arbitration proceedings, dispute resolution mechanisms.


• Working closely with engaged law firms to discuss case strategies, gather updates, track progress, monitoring hearings and ensure timely compliance with all court orders and directives. Representing A2Z group companies before the court/tribunals as an authorised representative. Ensures that all pleadings and legal documents are factually accurate, evidence-backed, tailored to the specific case or transaction, and compliant with applicable procedural requirements, laws, and legal precedents.


• Drafting, reviews, and negotiation of a wide range of legal documents, including pleadings before courts, various contracts and agreements, termination notices, legal notices, replies to legal notices, and RTI applications.


• Handles day-to-day legal operations, risk mitigation, corporate documentation review, and correspondence with stakeholders in infrastructure and government contracts.


• Conduct of legal research on statutes, regulations, case laws, and precedents relevant to corporate disputes, indemnities, liabilities, and insolvency matters under Indian laws.

Desired Candidate Profile

• 0-1 year of experience in corporate law or related field (litigation management).
  


• LLB - Bachelor of Laws degree from a recognized institution.
  


• Strong skills in drafting agreements, arbitration, litigation matters, risk mitigation, litigation management and legal documentation.
