• Support incorporation, registration, and operationalization of domestic and international entities.
• Monitor changes in laws and regulations and assess their impact on operations.
• Provide pragmatic legal advice to support business objectives while managing legal and compliance risks.
• Draft, review, negotiate, and advise on a wide range of commercial agreements including distribution, licensing, manufacturing and NDAs.

We are seeking an experienced legal professional to partner with business leadership on strategic growth initiatives, including mergers & acquisitions, incorporation of new entities, corporate restructuring, business expansion into new geographies, corporate governance, commercial contracting, and legal risk management across domestic and international operations.

Key Responsibilities: -

• Provide legal support for strategic initiatives including M&A and joint ventures.
• Lead and manage legal due diligence exercises and coordinate with external legal advisors.
• Support incorporation, registration, and operationalization of domestic and international entities.
• Monitor changes in applicable laws and regulations and assess their impact on business operations.
• Provide pragmatic legal advice to support business objectives while effectively managing legal and compliance risks.
• Commercial Contracting Draft, review, negotiate, and advise on a wide range of commercial agreements Including.

Manufacturing and Supply Agreements

Qualifications and Experience:-

• LL.B. / LL.M. from a recognized university.
• 14-16 years of experience in corporate legal affairs.
• Proven experience in M&A transactions and company incorporations.
• Strong exposure to commercial contracting and corporate governance.
• Experience in pharmaceutical, life sciences, healthcare, manufacturing, or multinational organizations preferred.
• Ability to work closely with senior business leaders and external legal counsel.
